David Guetta puts the “House” in House Music – Purchasing Mansion for $69M

World-renowned electronic music icon David Guetta, whose beats practically dragged dance-pop into the limelight, just snagged a swanky $69 million mansion in Miami.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty’s Nelson Gonzalez is the agent behind this mega-deal. Only a couple of years ago, developer Todd Michael Glaser, and pals tore down and rebuilt this massive residence. With its grandeur spreading nearly 16,000 square feet, featuring 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms and 118 FT of waterfront, this palace comes in north of $4,000 per square foot – talk about luxurious living!

Perched within the enchanting Indian Creek enclave in Miami-Dade County, this mansion flaunts a waterfront panorama that’ll leave you speechless. In this celeb-studded haven, Guetta’s posh neighbors include Ivanka Trump, her hubby Jared Kushner, super-investor Carl Icahn, Tom Brady (yes, the Super Bowl champ!), and a bevy of other big shots.

But Guetta’s Miami love doesn’t stop there. The DJ extraordinaire also owns a slick unit at Setai Miami Beach, which he nabbed in 2018 for a cool $9.5 million.

Guetta’s record collection had Warner Music dancing to the tune of $100 million a couple of years back, at which time Guetta was selling over 50 million records and had a staggering 14 billion music streams.
