Canadian rapper Drake is selling his luxurious Beverly Hills estate for $88 million, just a year after purchasing it. The nearly 25,000-square-foot mansion was originally designed by the KAA Design Group for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano and features a Tuscan-style house with newly renovated contemporary spaces. English pop star Robbie Williams bought the property in 2015 for $33 million and renovated the interior before selling it to Drake.
Last spring, Drake purchased a sprawling Beverly Hills estate from English pop star Robbie Williams for $75 million. The property boasts stunning canyon, city, and ocean views and sits on nearly 20 acres of land. The house features bespoke finishes, including acres of marble and custom woodwork, with a double-height foyer, living room with two fireplaces, gym, wine cellar, and staff wing. The compound also includes an outdoor kitchen, full-size tennis court, and a “hidden” orchard. The estate is listed for $88 million and is jointly held by The Beverly Hills Estates and Maywood Property Group.
